TCF Superapps
One place for employee leave, overtime, attendance, permits, and meeting rooms.
PT Tri Centrum Fortuna's internal HRIS, bringing together employee self-service, leave, overtime, permits and sick notes, attendance, off-site duty, contract-status decisions, and meeting-room management for employees across several plants.

The problem
HR processes such as leave, overtime, permits, attendance, and contracts used to live in paper forms, spreadsheets, and chat messages. Multi-level approvals were hard to trace, leave balances drifted, and meeting rooms were often double-booked.
The approach
Superapps brings these processes into one role-based application. Every request is validated against rules and balances, routed to the right approver, and recorded with its history, PDF documents, and realtime notifications.

Built the Meeting Management module from scratch: room booking, meeting minutes, sharing, PDF and Excel export, and mobile layouts.

Reworked the leave module: balances with change history, partial approval, cross-organization approvers, and a leave card PDF.

Added forgotten-attendance requests with approval, a monthly attendance recap, and shift scheduling.

Tightened the overtime flow with a duration cap, action history, and safer rollback.

Prepared the permit and sick-note modules for production, including mobile layouts.
